What is Citizens for Responsible Government?
For nearly forty years, CRG has been both a gathering place and an advocate for Nevada citizens concerned about their neighborhood, their state, and their county. We care about electing the right people and advancing the right policies. We also care about giving Nevadans with busy lives an open ear and a collective voice on pressing political, economic, and moral issues.
What does CRG do?
We research and speak out about important issues, we interview and endorse good candidates, and engage with and educate our families, friends, and communities. At its best, CRG is a resource that like-minded Nevadans can trust for not only sound information, but also for strong support for those candidates and causes that best represent our values.
What are the goals of CRG?
Locate and involve individuals who want to be part of a group for better government.
Identify potential candidates for public office.
Inform voters on vital issues and their resultant effects on our freedoms.
Encourage voters to register.
Support election of responsible individuals as party delegates from their precincts.
Interview political candidates and endorse publicly those most qualified for political office.
Work to reinstate the type of government as provided for in the constitution.
